Policies & Disclaimers
Scheduling & Deposits
All appointments require a deposit to secure your scheduled date and time. Deposits are applied toward your total service balance and are non-refundable. Appointments are confirmed only after the deposit is received.
Grace Period
Clients are allowed a 10-minute grace period from their scheduled appointment time. After 10 minutes, the appointment may be subject to rescheduling or additional wait-time fees.
Shy Bladder Policy
For urine drug collections, if a client experiences a shy bladder (inability to provide a specimen within the standard time frame), an additional retest or extended wait-time fee will apply.
Mobile Travel Fees
Services performed beyond a 25-mile radius of Rawest Jungle Lab’s office located at 3379 Peachtree Rd NE, Suite 700, Atlanta, GA 30326 will incur an additional $0.55 per mile travel fee.
